Law on cadastral value of real estate fixing adopted by State Duma
A law was adopted on fixing the cadastral value of real estate when registering public services. According to the document adopted by the deputies of the State Duma in the third reading, the cadastral value of real estate is fixed when registering public services.
“If in the process of registering the property, its cadastral value has increased, then the service fee will be charged based on the value that was in effect on the date of applying. And if it goes down, they will apply the reduced rate,” said State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
He stressed that it is important not to overestimate the cadastral value, since the price of public services during registration and the amount of tax for citizens and businesses depend on it.
