Budgets tax revenues fell in a third of the Russian regions

After the spring period of super-profits, tax revenues were systematically reduced and by the autumn they returned to last year's level. Compared to record collections in March, when the Russian treasury was replenished with excess money from the sale of oil and gas, in September tax revenues decreased by 1.7 times (by 41.4%), according to the consulting company FinExpertiza.

The consolidated budget of the Russian Federation received 2.4 trillion rubles in taxes in September 2022, the auditors calculated.

September tax collections were higher than a year ago in most Russian regions. They grew most significantly in St. Petersburg (by 29.6 billion rubles), Moscow (+27.1 billion rubles), the Sakhalin Region (+23.7 billion rubles), Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (+14.7 billion rubles). ), Moscow region (+13.9 billion rubles).

, September tax collections increased by 11.7% or 3.62 billion rubles in Bashkiria, compared to September 2021. The total amount was 34.48 billion rubles (against 30.86 billion rubles in September 2021).

23.19 billion rubles were allocated to the consolidated budget of the republic, and 11.28 billion rubles to the federal budget.
