88 thousand tons of sugar produced in Bashkiria
Two republican sugar factories continue sugar production. Chishminsky Sugar Plant OJSC and Raevsakhar LLC have received 864.5 thousand tons of sugar beets and processed more than 570 thousand tons, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.
Over the past two weeks, about 20 thousand tons of the product have been produced, and the region has 88 thousand tons of its sugar by November 8, which is almost 2.5 times more than in 2021.
Agrarians of 19 beet-growing republican regions harvested more than 1.3 million tons of root crops.
