

A unified register of final recipients of state support for innovation activities will appear in Russia. The resolution approving the rules for its formation and maintenance was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
“The registry creation will allow launching mechanism for information exchange between state and departmental information systems, and development institutions information resources. An enterprise or company that previously received state assistance will not need to re-submit documents when implementing new projects. This approach is one example of seamless measures integration to support technological entrepreneurship,” the government said in a statement.
The appearance of the register will also help to assess the share of innovative companies and technology entrepreneurs operating in the domestic market, determine the effectiveness of the state support provided and get a feedback channel with entrepreneurs. This will contribute to technological sovereignty achievement.
The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia will act as the registry operator.
