Bashkiria’s enterprises have mastered spare parts production for imported agricultural machinery

Repair enterprises of the agro-industrial complex and republican industrial enterprises have mastered new technologies for manufacturing spare parts and restoring worn parts for agricultural machinery, including foreign grain harvesters. The range includes 2 thousand items of spare parts for 42 types of agricultural machinery. 34 republican enterprises are involved in the work. The Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov announced this on his social media.

He noted that these decisions are being implemented by the task set by Russian President Vladimir Putin to develop import substitution in agricultural engineering.

Soil-cultivating mechanisms, tractor trailers, and grain-cleaning machines are produced in the republic, and technologies for the restoration of electronic components for foreign agricultural machinery, tractors, combine harvesters, self-propelled mowers, and sowing complexes have been mastered. New universal electronic control units are being developed.

“Our regional program for the technical modernization of the agro-industrial complex plays a major role in this process, under which repair enterprises were reimbursed up to 40% of the cost of purchasing equipment for production activities. For three years, about 200 million rubles have been allocated to companies,” Andrey Nazarov said.
