In January-September, 2.2 million square meters of housing were put into operation in Bashkortostan
This volume is 7.2% more than in 9 months of 2021.
Bashkortostan maintains its position in terms of the volume of housing put into operation - 2nd place in the Volga Federal District and 7th in the Russian Federation.
According to Bashstat, the volume of housing built in January-September by the population amounted to 1.5 million square meters - 8.6% more than in January-September 2021.
In September this year, individual developers built 198.1 thousand square meters of housing - 7.4% more than the same period last year.
The volumes of development companies remained almost unchanged - 0.7 million sq. m. of housing.
This year, the Ministry of Construction of RB planned to surpass the record volume of 2021 (2.9 million square meters) and build 3 million square meters of housing.
“Our task is to increase the volume of residential buildings put into operation and prepare the infrastructure for future development. In parallel, we are working on the construction of engineering networks, and social facilities to create comfortable conditions for the inhabitants of the republic,” said Acting Minister of Construction and Architecture of RB Yegor Rodin.
