Consumer loans fell by 44% in Bashkiria in January-August compared to 2021
In Bashkiria, in January-August, the volume of consumer loans fell by almost two times compared to the same period last year. According to the National Bureau of Credit Histories, if in 8 months of 2021 residents took consumer loans for 87.1 billion rubles, then in 8 months of the current year such loans amounted to 49 billion rubles. The fall was minus 44%.
Even more serious decline was demonstrated in the Perm Territory (-47.4%), Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District (-47.2%), as well as Irkutsk (-46.9%), Tula (-46.4%) and Leningrad ( -46.3%) Region.
The average size of a consumer loan in Bashkiria in August amounted to 215,582 rubles (+4.3% against July).
