Belarusian companies will provide equipment to Bashkir farmers with discounts

The Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan signed agreements with Gomel enterprises for the purchase of equipment and machinery during the visit of the Belarusian delegation.

According to the documents, the Gomselmash holding undertakes to supply 40 sets of grain harvesters by December 2023 for further assembly in the republic. This will provide an additional 10 percent discount on supplied kits. The plant will also supply up to 60 combine harvesters. They will be given an additional discount of up to 5%.

In addition, Gomselmash will provide a 5% discount on components, assemblies, and spare parts used in the repair of combine harvesters, mowers, and forage harvesters. The Belarusian partner will also assist in equipping a training laboratory for the practical study of manufactured equipment at the Bashkir State Agrarian University.

The Belarusian enterprise "Gomelagrokomplekt" will provide enterprises of Bashkortostan with a 5% discount on equipment for dairy farming. In addition, it is planned to jointly assemble this equipment with an official dealer - BashAgroService LLC.

“We plan to actively update the technical park, we need grain and forage harvesters, and modern livestock equipment. In this matter, we consider the Republic of Belarus to be our main strategic partner,” Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov commented.
