Entrepreneurs from Bashkiria can take advantage of industry programs to support small and medium-sized businesses. Director of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises Marsel Kashaev announced this at a press conference in Bashinform News Agency.
For example, through the Ministry of Agriculture, farmers can apply for profitable loans at a rate of 1 to 5% per annum. Manufacturers are offered an industrial mortgage for the purchase of premises at 8% per annum. According to Rostourism, 3-5% of loans are provided for the construction of hotels. One of the most interesting is the combined program to stimulate lending at an unprecedented 3%. The maximum loan amount is 50 million rubles. In this case, certain requirements are imposed on a business representative.
“We have compiled a portrait of a financially stable entrepreneur who can qualify for lending programs. 50 million is quite an impressive amount. The amount of revenue should be about 130 million rubles a year. Since the loan is issued for the development of the business, we demand that the entrepreneur himself take a financial part, invest his own money, in the amount of 20-30% of the total amount, and not just borrowed money,” Marsel Kashaev says.
