Anchor company of Bashkiria furniture cluster received a land plot for rent without bidding

The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, ordered to provide of a land plot to the Korona company without bidding for the implementation of an investment project in the Tuymazinsky district. The corresponding document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information of the region.

The land plot with an area of ​​20,101 square meters is located in Tuymazy and is provided "for the implementation of a large-scale investment project "Construction of a workshop for the production of mattresses in the city of Tuymazy," is explained in the order.

The Ministry of Land Property of Bashkiria was instructed to conclude a lease agreement for this land plot with Korona LLC.

As Bashinform reported earlier, a furniture cluster was created in the republic with the participation of the Korona anchor company, one of the leaders in Russia in the production of mattresses and beds.

Recall that the furniture cluster was created at the Tuymazy company Korona. It brought together 11 enterprises - manufacturers of upholstered furniture, fittings, and components for its manufacture. Besides, the project participants included the Development Corporation RB, the industrial park "PromCentre" and the Ufa forestry technical school.

In April 2022, the Head of Bashkiria noted that the creation of a cluster would make it possible to qualify for state support measures.

The inclusion of the cluster in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade will allow enterprises to receive subsidies directly from the federal budget. The companies will be able to reimburse up to 30 percent of the costs of implementing joint projects within three years - a maximum of 300 million rubles.

Funds can be used to pay lease payments for equipment, pay interest on loans for the construction or reconstruction of production sites, or purchase equipment. Subsidies are also allocated for the development and purchase of licenses for the use of software, registration, and protection of intellectual property.
