Bashkiria light industry enterprises received 140 million rubles of state support

The implementation of sectoral state support programs in Bashkiria is the most important tool of anti-crisis measures aimed at creating a comfortable investment climate, said Andrey Nazarov, Prime Minister of the regional government.

“All the programs we introduce take into account the sectoral specifics of the relevant type of economic activity to the maximum,” Andrey Nazarov emphasized. “ 140 million rubles were allocated to 57 light industry organizations in the republic, within the framework of state support with a total number of more than 3.9 thousand employed people.”

The funds allocated from the budget were directed to organizations to reimburse the costs of purchasing raw materials and materials employed in the textile and clothing industries, as well as the manufacture of leather and leather products in the territory of Bashkiria.

As Bashinform previously reported, the government of Bashkiria approved the procedure for granting subsidies from the republican budget to financial support for part of the costs of implementing income-generating projects in the light industry in 2022 for organizations engaged in the textile and clothing industries, as well as the production of leather and leather products. The corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

“The amount of the subsidy provided to one of its recipients cannot exceed 5 million rubles, but not more than 90 percent of the planned costs for the implementation of an income-generating project,” the decree of the republican government says.
