Car loans number increased by 10% in Bashkiria in August compared to July

The size of the average car loan increased by 2.4% over the month.

According to the National Bureau of Credit Histories, in August, after falling in March of this year, the number of car loans issued increased for five months in a row. In August, 55.9 thousand car loans were issued in Russia, which is 16.8% more than in the previous month (47.9 thousand in July 2022). Monitoring is carried out in 30 regions - leaders in terms of car loans.

At the same time, compared to August 2021, their number decreased by 38.4% (in August 2021 - 90.8 thousand), compared to the "pre-sanction" February 2022 - by 22.9% (72. 5 thousand units).

Compared to the previous month, in August 2022, an increase in the issuance of car loans was noted in almost all regions of the Russian Federation. The largest number of them were issued in Moscow (3.46 thousand), the Moscow region (3.11 thousand), St. Petersburg (2.9 thousand), Tatarstan (2.77 thousand), and the Krasnodar Territory (2, 42 thousand).

In Bashkiria, 2,337 car loans were given in August, which is 10.2% more than in July (2,120).

The average size of a car loan in the country amounted to 1.19 million rubles - 2.9% more than in August 2021 (and 11.9% less than in February 2022).

The largest average size of car loans issued is in Moscow, the Moscow region, and St. Petersburg - 1.78 million rubles - 1.52 million rubles.

In Bashkiria, the average size of a car loan in August amounted to 997,372 rubles. - 2.4% more than in July (973,805 rubles).
