There will be no interruptions with vegetable oil in the region, the director of the Chishminsky Oil Extraction Plant, Aidar Yakupov, assured, speaking at the Center of Republic Management of Bashkortostan at a briefing session of the government.

"Of course not. This year there is an excellent harvest in the fields. We hope it is harvested without loss so that it is all in warehouses. There are two plants in the region capable of processing 850 thousand tons. 50% of our production is exported. So oil is not a problem at all, there will always be oil,” Aidar Yakupov said.

Speaking about the problems faced by businesses, he said that this year the process of obtaining foreign exchange earnings has become more complicated, and it is necessary to open accounts in new banks. Also increased the time of receipt of foreign currency from buyers. There was also a significant decrease in the export price of oil, almost two times the peak values ​​of 2021. This, coupled with the current strengthening of the ruble and the export duty, jeopardize the profitability of export sales,” the head of the enterprise said.

Given possible sanctions from unfriendly countries about railway transport, the enterprise cannot use leasing cars from sanctioned banks.
