From March 28 to September 15, 2022, almost 14.5 thousand applications for vocational training were received from residents of the republic through the Jobs in Russia digital platform as part of the Employment Assistance project of the Demography national project. A third of them have been approved by employment centers, as a result, more than 6,000 people will be able to get new professional competencies or improve their skills free of charge, the press service of the government of Bashkiria reports.
The project should help those who find it more difficult to compete in the market - women with small children, citizens of pre-retirement age, as well as certain categories of young people under 35, unemployed citizens, and those who may face firing. Participants are offered over 1.5 thousand educational programs, ranging from working professions to new digital professions. More than 4.2 thousand citizens have already been sent for training.
After completing the training, 75% of citizens must be employed, including those who have started working, registered as individual entrepreneurs, or are self-employed.
