Andrey Nazarov: investments for 1st half of year amounted to 161.8 billion rubles in Bashkiria

The Prime Minister of the Government RB spoke about the situation in the republic and plans for the near future at a session of heads of municipalities in the Chishminsky district of Bashkiria. Andrey Nazarov devoted a post on social media to this topic.

According to him, despite the geopolitical situation, Bashkortostan is stably in the "green zone" in most socio-economic indicators. Over 80% of municipalities maintain a positive trend in more than 50% of the main development indicators.

“The volume of investments for the 1st half of the year in the republic amounted to 161.8 billion rubles. We are second in the Volga region. Positive dynamics - in 32 municipalities. 371 projects were completed with an investment of 17.8 billion rubles. About 1.8 thousand jobs have been created. Another 1,535 investment projects are at the development stage,” the Prime Minister said. “At the local level, priority is given to interaction with small businesses. Last year, we received about 9 billion rubles here, already about 4 billion rubles for the first half of the year.”

The government of the republic faces the task for this year - to achieve a reduction in the investment cycle by 30%, to speed up all documentary, registration and licensing procedures by 1.5 times.

Much work is being done on national projects. The volume of financing this year exceeded 41 billion rubles. Over 30 billion federal funds have been raised. More than a quarter falls on local budgets.

“As part of national projects, we are building and reconstructing 57 facilities, 25 of which are ordered by districts. I instructed the heads to ensure their timely commissioning,” Andrey Nazarov said.

In conclusion, the meeting discussed measures to increase the revenue base of municipalities. As of September 1, the local budgets received 29.4 billion rubles of tax and non-tax revenues. This is 9.7% or 2.6 billion rubles more than last year for the same period.

“In August, we updated the plan to increase revenues until 2025. We expect that its implementation will provide an increase in revenues of 6.2 billion rubles this year, and 6.4 billion rubles next year,” the Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria summed up. “Similar plans should be adopted at the local level. Particular attention should be paid to reducing debt, legalizing objects of taxation, improving tax literacy, identifying unscrupulous and stimulating responsible taxpayers.”
