Licensing guide has been developed to help businesses in Bashkiria

The State Committee for Competition Policy has developed a licensing guide that will be useful for businesses in Bashkiria.

The material is presented in the form of a summary table, which includes the types of activities subject to licensing, the name of the authorized body issuing licenses, the method of submitting documents, as well as the cost of the license. There is also information on the amount of state duty, contacts of the authorized body, on how to apply for a license in one document.

As explained by the committee, licensing is necessary to prevent damage to the rights, interests, life, or health of citizens, the environment, cultural heritage, defense and security of the state.

Therefore, legal entities and entrepreneurs must obtain permission for the right to carry out a specific type of activity. This right will be confirmed by a document, which can now be issued upon request not only in hard copy but also in electronic form with an electronic signature.
