Investors are offered site to construct children's recreation facility in Bashkiria

Investors interested in the development of tourism were presented with a site that is suitable for organizing children's recreation and accommodating medical and recreational facilities. It is located two kilometers from the village of Yantyshevo, Khaibullinsky district, near the Sakmar sanatorium, on the picturesque bank of the Sakmara River. This was reported by the press service of the government RB.

It is clarified that it can erect capital buildings on the site. A tourist facility will be able to provide the investor with a year-round tourist flow both from Bashkiria and from neighboring regions. Transport accessibility allows quickly getting to the destination, and the location of the site among the mountains and forests will create all the conditions for tourists to have a good rest.

Investors are promised to be assisted in the preparation of the documentation necessary to obtain a land plot without bidding and tax benefits. They will also be helped in interacting with authorities and developing the project concept. More information about the site is available at the link.
