Investors are offered site for industrial production in Bashkiria

Investors interested in the development of industrial production are offered another free investment platform. The land plot with an area of ​​1.99 hectares is located in the northern part of Neftekamsk, it is available for rent, the press service of the government of Bashkiria reports.

The site is provided with a convenient transport interchange and is located in close proximity to the railway station and the river port. The advantage of the facility is its geographical location: Neftekamsk is located at the junction of three regions: Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and Udmurtia, which determines the flow of potential customers. Not far from the site there are objects of construction in progress, which were originally intended to accommodate the production of reinforced concrete products. Unfinished buildings can also be rented separately from the proposed site.

Having becoming a resident of "Neftekamsk" priority development area (PDA), the investor can apply for benefits in terms of exemption from property tax, reduction of income tax rates and insurance premiums.
