Bashkiria local initiatives projects received first tranche of 228.6 million rubles

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bashkortostan reports that subsidies have been transferred from the budget of the republic to the budgets of municipal districts for co-financing public infrastructure development projects based on local initiatives for projects intended for implementation by rural (urban) settlements, in the total amount of 228.6 million rubles.

“Providing subsidies to municipalities produced on a competitive basis on the terms of co-financing from local budgets, funds from individuals and legal entities to address the most pressing issues of local importance. “The main types of initiative support program projects are road repairs, improvement of territories and burial sites, repair of equipment for schools and kindergartens, cultural and leisure institutions” - Lira Igtisamova, Prime Minister of the Government, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In a possible order in the budget of republican subsidies for co-financing of projects for the development of opportunities based on initiatives provided for in the amount of 500 million rubles. The total number of winning projects in 2022 was 645 out of 1,125 entries admitted to the competitive selection.
