 A roadside complex worth 58 million rubles will appear in Bashkiria. On August 16, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Trade RB and Baitugan LLC to ensure a large-scale investment project implementation.

“The investor plans to build a multifunctional roadside complex on the M-5 Ural federal highway on a land plot leased without bidding. This project will create 23 new jobs,” Minister of Trade and Services RB Aleksey Gusev said.

The Baitugan project in the field of roadside service with a total investment of 58 million rubles was approved at a meeting of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov in the “Investment Hour” format. The project implementation period is 2022–2025. The complex will include a cafe, a hotel, a service station, a parking lot, and a mini market.

According to the press service of the regional government, roadside service facilities can be included in the list of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan with an investment of at least 50 million rubles for projects along federal highways, from 20 million rubles for regional, local and inter-municipal roads, and areas of the north-east of the republic and Trans-Urals - from 10 million rubles.

Today, 83 investment projects applying for state support measures, with a declared total investment of 10 billion rubles, are under development.
