The Belsky district of waterways and navigation is in charge of 919 kilometers of inland waterways. The planned costs for their maintenance and ensuring the passage of ships will amount to 280 million rubles for 2022. This was reported to Bashinform News Agency in the Belsky district of waterways and navigation.
In this year's navigation, it is planned to maintain 607 kilometers of waterways with navigational equipment and guaranteed dimensions of the ship's passage. All waterways have pilot charts and regular hydrographic surveys are carried out.
To ensure the working parameters of navigable fairways, work is planned to deepen the bottom, within which 1.2 thousand cubic meters of soil will be moved, to clean up the bottom and shoreline in the amount of 1400 tons, as well as to trawl river waters on an area of 97 square kilometers. Thanks to these measures, a guaranteed depth of 2 meters is maintained on the Belaya River from the mouth of the Ufa River to the village of Gruzdevka in the Ilishevsky District of the Republic in the navigation of 2022.
According to the Directorate of the Belsky district of waterways, ships are sailing on the rivers of Bashkiria, designed for the dimensions of the fairways installed and maintained in our region. As a rule, these are motor ships of the RT type (river pusher with a non-self-propelled barge for 1000 tons), river pushers of the Ural type with a barge with a load of 1500-4000 tons, and passenger river and 2-deck motor ships with a draft of up to 1.5 meters. In 2021, ship traffic on the rivers of the republic amounted to 1,500 trips.
