Bashkiria tourism industry is planned to be increased to 25 billion rubles annually

This was stated by the Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov. He spoke in his post on social media about the main achievements in the Bashkir tourism industry.

“The first glamping in Bashkiria started working in 2020. Now there are already 40 of them. In the spring, a year-round Natura Park was launched in the Karmaskalinsky district as part of a national project. The investor spent 12 million rubles. Now there are 16 accommodations here, the entrepreneur plans to expand further - the Bashkir Microcredit Company provided him with 1.5 million rubles”, Andrey Nazarov noted.

The Prime Minister recalled that an investment map with land plots was created: the platform contains all the information about the territory, the availability of engineering infrastructure, and access roads nearby. Entrepreneurs can pick up a site remotely. In addition to the investment map, several state support measures are provided: a zero VAT rate for hotels for 5 years, preferential loans for investment projects and refinancing, credit holidays up to 6 months for SMEs, grants, limitation of commission for acquiring and property support.

As a result, the paid services to the population in the field of tourism for 5 months of this year increased by 16% and amounted to more than 4 billion rubles in the republic. The sanatorium and resort services increased by 22.4%, and the volume of services from travel agencies and tour operators - by 32.7%.

Recently it became known that a project from Ufa won the competition for the arrangement of tourist centers in cities and will receive 215 million rubles for the design of a tourist code for the center of the capital. We also participate in the competition for the development of tourism infrastructure in Bashkortostan. We sent 3 applications to Rostourism for 346 million rubles. The implementation of these projects will attract about 176.5 million private investments.

“The other day I approved the tourism development strategy until 2035. We expect that by this time the tourist flow will grow to 5.4 million people, and the tourism industry - up to 25 billion rubles a year," summed up Andrey Nazarov.
