Bashkiria is 3rd in Volga Federal District in commissioned housing in January-June

According to the results of the first half of 2022, Bashkortostan was among the three leading regions of the Volga Federal District in terms of the residential premises put into operation. In the republic, as of July 1, 2022, the area of ​​residential premises put into operation in apartment buildings amounted to 537.6 thousand square meters, private residential buildings - 950.9 thousand square meters. The data were announced at the cluster meeting of the territorial bodies of the Rosreestr of the Volga Federal District.

According to the Ministry of Construction RB, private housing construction accounts for almost 64% of the total volume of commissioned housing, 36% - for apartment buildings. According to Rosstat, the share of housing commissioned in Bashkiria is 2.8% of the all-Russian market. The same amount was introduced in the Rostov Region and throughout the Far Eastern Federal District.

Tatarstan (675.2 thousand sq. m in apartment buildings and 1.238 million sq. m of private housing construction) and the Perm Territory (329.3 thousand square meters in apartment buildings and 691.7 thousand sq. m. of private housing construction) are among the leaders of the Volga Federal District.

In January - June 2022, more than 6.3 thousand contracts for participation in shared construction (67.7% - with a mortgage), and about 50.5 thousand sale contracts (76.7% with a mortgage) were registered in Bashkiria. In total, in the first half of the year, more than 654 thousand titles, restrictions, and encumbrances were registered in the region – 4% more than in the first half of last year.
