Applications acceptance for compensation of exporters' costs starts in Bashkiria

Starting August 10, Bashkiria will start accepting applications for expenses repayment of chemical and timber exporting enterprises when transporting products abroad. This was reported with reference to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia by the press service of the government RB.

It is noted that the amount of compensation will be up to 80%. This support measure is provided within the framework of the national project "International Cooperation and Export".

“In 2022, some conditions for receiving a federal subsidy to compensate for part of the costs of transporting industrial products have been simplified. Thus, it is not necessary to provide a valid conclusion confirming the production of industrial products in Russia. Not only Russian but also a foreign legal entity can be a carrier of products,” Margarita Bolycheva, Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities of Bashkiria said.

Applications for subsidies are accepted by the Russian Export Center, and the deadline for their submission is September 15.

“Logistics costs for the transportation of products in the period from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, will be compensated, with the obligatory provision of a supply volume that is at least 9 times higher than the amount of the subsidy provided in 2022,” the message says.

The corresponding decree of the government of the Russian Federation with more detailed information and rules for obtaining compensation is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
