Investment project for irrigation systems construction in Bashkiria was included in priority list.
The list of priority investment projects of Bashkiria included a project to build an irrigation system on the lands near the villages of Kanny-Turkeevo and Starotavlarovo in the Buzdyaksky district to increase the production of sugar beet and provide the existing sugar factories of the republic with raw materials. This was reported by the press service of the government of Bashkiria.
The investor plans to spend 614 million rubles and create 41 jobs at the enterprise. The system will include a pumping station, sprinkler systems, and a transformer substation with a lighting and power supply system. The project will be implemented in two stages. As a result, by 2025 the total area of irrigated land will be 642 hectares.
