In total, there are 288 such projects in the region with an investment of 777.9 billion rubles and the creation of 34.6 thousand jobs.
The inclusion of objects in the priority list enables entrepreneurs to apply for special benefits and guarantees from the state. Since 2011, when the program began, investors have been given state support measures for more than 14 billion rubles, including tax benefits - about 12 billion rubles, subsidies - 2 billion rubles. Last year, the most sought-after benefits were property and profit taxes provision of a land plot for rent without bidding, and various kinds of subsidies through the regional Ministry of Agriculture.
Over the entire period of project implementation, investors spent 373.3 billion rubles and created 10.8 thousand jobs. Of these, in the first quarter of this year - 9 billion rubles and 558 jobs. Investment projects have been implemented in the areas of industry, construction, agriculture, and roads.
In 2018, the Bashkir Generating Company commissioned the Zatonskaya CHPP in the Ufimsky District. This made it possible to improve Ufa's energy supply by 440 MW and provide heat and energy to the city's neighborhoods under construction. The capacity of the CHPP is enough to supply electricity to 500 thousand people.
This year, the construction of an industrial dairy complex with its forage base for keeping and milking cows for 3,000 cattle places will begin in the Sterlitamaksky district. As part of the project, the investor plans to build housing for workers in the villages of Kononovsky and Nikolaevka. The project will cost 2.9 billion rubles and create 182 jobs.
Investment projects mean new jobs, high-tech industries, products in demand, and taxes that can be directed to social needs: the construction of schools, kindergartens, hospitals, sports, and cultural facilities.
