Grant support for industrial enterprises has started in Bashkiria

The Industry Development Fund of Bashkiria has launched grant support measures for industrial enterprises, the press service of the regional government reported.

In particular, manufacturers can compensate up to 90 percent of the cost of paying interest on loans taken to replenish working capital. Almost 128 million rubles were allocated to Bashkiria for these purposes.

“Our republic received one of the largest tranches among 77 regions of Russia. This trust is due to several factors. For example, the fact that for the second year in a row our region ranks first in the country in the rating of industrial policy effectiveness. This means that we will use all the funds on time, and they will go to their destination exactly where they are most needed now,” said the Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation RB Alexander Sheldyaev.

According to him, more than 20 applications from manufacturing enterprises have been approved so far. Among them are petrochemistry, chemistry, metallurgy, and mechanical engineering.

“Such additional capitalization will help ensure the continuous operation of industrial enterprises in the region in the face of economic restrictions and will reduce the financial burden on enterprises,” Sheldyaev added.
