Head of Bashkiria instructed to speed up investment cycle in republic

During a briefing session of the government in the Center of Republic Management, the Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov instructed the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy Rustam Muratov to pay attention to reducing the timeframe during which investors can move from intentions to the implementation of their projects.

According to Rustam Muratov, even though the work of the investment council of the republic was recognized as the best in the country, the system continued to be fine-tuned, taking into account new realities and growing competition between regions. Thus, Bashkiria is among the regions that are implementing the investment standard ahead of schedule in 2022. To speed up the investment cycle, departments are developing step-by-step algorithms in the implementation of an investment project, to reduce the time for passing each section. Work is underway to eliminate redundant moments from the investment and construction cycle. Municipal construction and housing and utility services are provided in a one-stop shop.

At the federal level, the regions have been tasked with ensuring the most comfortable climate for investment activities, including reducing the investment and construction cycle by at least 30% by 2025. Bashkiria plans to achieve these results by June 2023.
