Bashkiria hit Top 3 regions in real estate transactions
Bashkortostan ranked third after the Moscow Region and the Krasnodar Territory in terms of the number of registered rights, restrictions on rights, encumbrances of objects, and real estate transactions, in the first half of 2022, the Rosreestr for the Republic of Bashkortostan reported.
Also in the region, they began to make entries of real estate objects in the cadastral register more often - the number of actions in January - June increased by 21% to 85 thousand (compared to the first half of 2021). The number of title registrations decreased by 4% (654 thousand).
Gradually, registration in electronic form is gaining momentum - 50% of the total volume against 38% last year. Mortgages in electronic format are registered in 55% of cases, and contracts for participation in shared construction - in 74%, which is higher than the average Russian indicators.
