Investment project of Krasnaya Bashkiria agricultural enterprise is included in priority list
The investment project of "SP Krasnaya Bashkiria" LLC is included in the list of priorities, the press service of the government of the republic reported. The company is building the second stage of a dairy farm for 400 heads near the village of Samarskoye and an irrigation system near the village of Davletovo in the Abzelilovsky district. The projects with an investment volume of 460 million rubles are planned to be completed in 2024, and 25 people will be able to get jobs on them.
Now business development institutions are preparing a package of documents for the investor to obtain land plots without bidding. In addition to this preference, the priority project is entitled to tax benefits.
