Investors are offered site for roadside complex construction near Lake Aslykul
Potential investors are offered to consider the possibility of building a roadside complex in the Davlekanovsky district, not far from Lake Aslykul. A plot of land was allocated in the Alginsky village council. The advantages are the high level of tourist flow and the possibility of access to the M-5 Ural highway. The press service of the government of Bashkiria reported this.
The business case concept assumes that the structure of the complex will include a hotel, a supermarket, food and leisure outlets, and a pharmacy. According to calculations, the investor will need to invest 144 million rubles. The project implementation period is one year. The number of required jobs is 25.
Entrepreneurs are offered: the inclusion of an investment project in the list of priority investment projects RB, the provision of a plot for rent without bidding, as well as the allocation of a subsidy to compensate for the costs of building transport and engineering infrastructure.
