Soybean processor - Alga SEZ resident will receive land without bidding
The investment project of the Ishimbay company "ZS Agro Holding" was recognized as a large-scale one, which means that it has the right to receive a land plot for rent without bidding. The investor plans to build a soybean processing complex with a capacity of 60 tons per day. At the preliminary stage, more than 300 million rubles will be invested in the project, which is expected to be invested in the construction of storage facilities, drying plants, and silo pits. The planned number of jobs is from 30 to 60 people, depending on the location of auxiliary industries. The start of production is planned for 2023.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs RB, the department will develop a "road map" for solving land issues necessary for the implementation of the investment project. It will describe all actions and measures, including the formation of land plots and cadastral registration, changing the type of permitted use.
LLC "ZS Agro Holding" was registered in February 2021 with the main activity "production of finished animal feed".
