

In June, the region experienced the most significant monthly increase in the number of vacancies over the past year - last month, employers of the republic opened more than 17,000 vacancies - 14% more than in May, according to the hh.ru recruiting platform.
“The revival of the market is also facilitated by the actively implemented measures to reduce tension in the labor sector in the republic. More than 2 billion rubles are provided for it. About 700 employers, in close cooperation with the employment services of the region, take part in these events. Contracts worth 725 million rubles have been signed with them, and more than 10,000 citizens have been covered by these services. Over 168 million rubles have already been paid to employers in May-June. Since the beginning of the year, over 34 thousand people have found work through employment centers", the Deputy Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection RB Yuri Melnikov commented.
According to the Ministry of Labor, since the beginning of 2022, 8.5 thousand employers have reported to the employment centers of the population of Bashkortostan about the need for 207 thousand workers. Employers are currently posting over 46.5 thousand vacancies. With the help of the republican employment services, employers are looking for 38 thousand workers (or 82% of the announced vacancies) for permanent jobs.
The greatest need for new employees is experienced by manufacturing industries (13% of all announced vacancies); construction (9%); wholesale and retail trade (8%). Drivers are most in-demand among employers - 2.6 thousand jobs are declared in the bank of vacancies in Bashkortostan with a salary of up to 80 thousand rubles, locksmiths (2420 vacancies, salaries up to 60 thousand rubles), sellers (1800 vacancies, earnings up to 50 thousand rubles).
In June, the top 10 professional areas in terms of demand included Mining of raw materials (+21%), Construction (+19%), Transport, logistics (+18%), Lawyers (+17% ), Marketing, Advertising, PR (+17%), Workforce (+17%), Production (+16%), Installation and Service (+15%), Sales (+ 14%).
