The Ufimskaya Gypsovaya Company, located in the Shaksha neighborhood, presented a project to expand the existing production by increasing the area of the land plot and, as a result, opening additional production lines.
The company is a major republican manufacturer of building materials (dry building mixes, expanded clay, tongue-and-groove slabs and expanded clay blocks). It delivers products to Tatarstan, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg, Ulyanovsk, and Moscow regions. It has its own raw material bases - quarries of expanded clay highly plastic clays, sand-gravel mixture and building sand, as well as a gypsum quarry.
Mayor of Ufa Ratmir Mavliev expressed support for the investment project.
“The company needs to practically double the existing facilities space and purchase new equipment. Investments are planned in the amount of about 700 million rubles. We will assist in expanding the land plot and in general in the project implementation,” Ratmir Mavliev said.
