It is planned to launch wagons production in Bashkiria to transport perishable products

In Bashkortostan, they plan to produce wagons for the transportation of perishable products. This was discussed at a business meeting of the delegation of Bashkortostan with representatives of Kazakh companies during the Innoprom-2022 International Industrial Exhibition in Yekaterinburg. The prospects for bilateral cooperation were discussed with the enterprises of the machine-building and chemical industries of Kazakhstan. Kazakh companies are also ready to produce components for agricultural machinery in Bashkortostan, invest in the production of high-strength geomembrane, and cooperate in the field of radio electronics.

“Now several areas of cooperation are planned: mechanical engineering, radio electronics, production of materials for the construction industry. In particular, the strengthening of ties in agricultural engineering and car building is of strategic importance. These are the niches that have become vacant after the imposition of sanctions. As for polyethylene, we want our construction organizations to have wider access to such types of high-strength products, such as geomembrane, after the departure of foreign manufacturers,” Rustam Muratov, Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Bashkortostan said.

There are measures of both federal and republican support for investors in Bashkortostan. When implementing a priority investment project, this is a reduction in income tax, and exemption from paying property tax. Residents of the special economic zone and territories of advanced socio-economic development claim tax benefits, as well as a reduction in insurance premiums for employers to 7.6%.
