Unique production of Italian cheese is launched in Bashkiria
The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, on his on social media, spoke about the launch of the production of kalyata cheese at the Pobeda plant in Yanaul, from which mozzarella, suluguni and other types of product are made. As the Head of the Region noted, there are no analogues in the republic.
“They plan to process 30 tons of skimmed milk per day. At the initial stage, 1.5 tons of industrial cheese per day will be produced, after full loading - 3 tons. If everything goes well, investments in the project will grow,” Radiy Khabirov posted.
He also added that specially purchased domestic equipment will be used to make cheese.
“The cheese grain will be delivered to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Smolensk and other cities. There is a demand for it, contracts have already been signed,” the Head of Bashkiria emphasized.
