Bashkiria and Uzbekistan signed cooperation memorandum

During the visit of the official delegation of the Republic of Bashkortostan to Uzbekistan, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Trade and Services RB, the Fergana, and the Namangan branches of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Eurasia-Ufa LLC. This was reported by the press service of the government of Bashkiria.

The agreements are aimed at developing cooperation between companies, trade enterprises, the food processing industry, and joint investment activities of Uzbekistan and Bashkortostan. Mutual exchange of information on the market for goods and services of the two republics and participation in joint congress and exhibition events are also envisaged. In addition, the Uzbek enterprise SARDOR KOM plans to build a plant for the production of juices, nectars, and fruit soft drinks in Bashkortostan with an estimated investment of 502 million rubles.

The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov highly appreciated the potential of cooperation between our republic and Uzbekistan. A permanent working group will develop plans for further interaction.
