Today, May 18, it is planned to sign 19 investment agreements worth about $200 million in Tashkent, Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov announced this on his social media.
“Negotiations are underway, the work is very fruitful. They don't regret coming. Uzbekistan is a very promising country. We will take away the necessary results from here - in terms of trade and new partners – of very high regard and being eager to cooperate with Russia," the Bashkir prime minister posted.
He recalled that 96 large, medium and small enterprises of Bashkortostan arrived in Uzbekistan as part of a business mission. “We will second our trade representatives to the office of the representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Uzbekistan to implement these projects promptly and efficiently and to attract new ones. Employees will organize the interaction between businessmen and enterprises,” Andrey Nazarov writes.
Earlier it was reported that Bashkiria and Uzbekistan are considering cooperation not only in the trade and economic sphere, but also in the field of culture, education, and tourism.
