Bashkir grain and products of its processing were exported to 12 countries

Since the beginning of 2022, more than 86 thousand tons of grain and its products have been exported from the Republic of Bashkortostan. The republic's agricultural products were purchased by the countries of the European and Customs Unions, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan - a total of 12 countries.

The main volume of exports or 64.43 thousand tons fell on sunflower seed processing products: granulated sunflower meal and sunflower husks. Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan purchased products from the region's flour mills.

“Samples of 1533 batches of export cargo have been fully tested in the Bashkir testing laboratory. Based on the results of the research, it was established that all plant products meet the requirements of importing countries, ” the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor reported.
