Industrial production growth rate is almost twice higher in Bashkiria than across country
On May 6, in the House of the Republic, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov held a meeting on the socio-economic development of the region.
He said that in January-March 2022, the industrial production index in Bashkortostan amounted to 110.1 percent compared to the same period last year. At the same time, in Russia as a whole, this indicator amounted to 105.9 percent.
An increase was demonstrated by all four industrial sectors of the economy - raw materials (141.2 percent), manufacturing (107.1 percent), energy (101.2 percent), water supply, sewerage, waste collection and disposal, and elimination of pollution (105 percent).
