Modern tourist facility will be built on Zilim River

The tourist investment project in the Gafurysky district of the entrepreneur Ildar Karimov received approval at the Investment Hour session in the government of Bashkiria. 30 million rubles are being invested in the "Zilim Recreation Territory", 36 objects will be built on it, and the implementation period is 5 years.

It is planned to build year-round various glamping sites classes, public spaces, a tent camp, a cafe, a panoramic conference area, a pier for catamarans with a rental, a rental point for tourist equipment and motor vehicles, a fishing pond, rope and safari parks. The first project of the entrepreneur - an eco-hotel, was awarded in 2020 with a grant from Rostourism for 3 million rubles.

“In addition to comfortable accommodation, tourists will be offered various options for interesting and useful leisure activities - both summer and winter sports, rental of tourist and sports equipment, developed tracks and trails, a zoo with alpacas. We plan to develop co-living for the staff, a trend that is gaining popularity throughout Russia,” the project organizer said.

“The picturesque Gafurysky district is among the leaders in terms of the construction sites for tourists. We, in turn, try to tell investors about all the support tools that they can use both at the local and federal levels,” Minister of Entrepreneurship and Tourism Rustem Afzalov said.
