“It is for a reason that the “Gollandski” cheese produced by the Belebeevsky Dairy Plant, according to the results of the assessment of Roskachestvo, hit the top five of the highest quality products. As a result of the study, which was conducted jointly with the Rosselkhoznadzor and Rospotrebnadzor on behalf of the Government of Russia, experts recognized that Bashkir cheese is one of the best out of 30 domestically produced brands of Dutch cheese.
Belebeevsky Dairy Plant is one of the largest producers of hard rennet cheeses in Russia. The enterprise produces 37 types of cheese, 3 types of butter, and 2 types of spread. The plant sells 1000 tons of cheese every month, it can be bought all over the country from Krasnodar to Vladivostok, the products are also exported to Kazakhstan,” the Head of the Republic said.
