More than 124 million rubles will be invested in magnesia-vermiculite sheets production in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, it is planned to launch the production of universal magnesia-vermiculite sheets (MVL) for interior and exterior decoration of buildings, the manufacture of sound-absorbing products, moisture- and fire-retardant coatings.

According to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy RB Rustam Muratov, more than 124 million rubles will be invested in the project.

“The organization of production with a capacity of 528,000 sheets per year will contribute to the development of the building materials industry in the republic. The main advantage of this product is fire resistance, high strength, moisture resistance, and environmental friendliness,” he said.

"MVL-PROF" LLC which will be engaged in production, has become a resident of the PDA (priority development area) in Neftekamsk. The project launch date is 2022–2028.
