Year-round eco-hotel will appear on Belaya River bank

A meeting with a new potential investor was held at the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Ak Yar company plans to open a year-round eco-hotel in Ufa. It will be located on the coast of the Belaya River. According to the press service of the government RB, at the initial stage, the volume of investments in the project will be about 50 million rubles. 15 new jobs will be created.

“The Development Corporation always welcomes investment projects aimed at ensuring the comfort of the residents of the republic. Moreover, Ufa is becoming one of the major tourist centers of Russia and we should be ready for a considerable increase in the tourist flow, creating an infrastructure for a good time spending”, Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan said. “Together with the investor, we will finalize the concept and technical details of the project, after which we will be able to move on to further stages of its implementation.

According to the investor, the eco-hotel project involves the construction of glamping sites. This means providing them with everything that is needed for guests of all ages. The territory of the complex will be equipped with a beach area, a playground, and facilities for active pastimes. In addition, visitors will be able to ride quad bikes, and SUP boards, go on tours of Belaya on comfortable boats and other water entertainments.

JSC "Corporation for Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan" is an authorized organization of the Republic of Bashkortostan for supporting investment projects on the one-stop-shop approach. Specialists accompany projects free of charge at all stages of their implementation - from concept development to implementing and commissioning of facilities.
