Tourist glamping and roadside complex to be built in Bashkiria

On Thursday, new investment projects in the service sector were presented as part of the Investment Hour session.

The Baitugan company plans to open a multifunctional roadside complex near the M-5 Ural federal highway in the Iglinsky district. A hotel, a cafe, a car service station, and a shop will be built on the site according to the modular principle. The complex worth 58 million rubles will create 23 new jobs.

Based on the results of the discussion, the investor will be supported by reimbursing part of the costs for engineering and transport infrastructure, the press service of the Government RB reports.

Another project - the creation of tourist glamping "Heart of Bashkiria" in the Gafuryisky district - was proposed by Tarkhan LLC. The investor intends to spend about 10 million rubles for the preparation of the site, the installation of utilities, residential modules, the construction of a spa complex, the creation of a cultural events zone, as well as the organization of tourist routes. It is planned to host the first guests in 2022.

The Head of Bashkortostan instructed the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the region and the administration of the municipality to assist in bringing engineering networks to the site.

“It is possible to organize thematic festivals and republican holidays here with the development of the complex,” Radiy Khabirov said. “The unique nature of the Gafuryisky region provides an excellent opportunity for this.”
