Ufa ranked 9th among Russian cities in terms of annual wage growth
Ufa ranked 9th among the largest cities in Russia in terms of annual wage growth. So, in March 2021, local companies offered an average of 50,450 rubles, and in March 2022 - already 53,729 rubles (that is, an increase of 3,279 rubles).
Moscow (+4,744 rubles, up to 73,939 rubles), St. Petersburg (+4,401 rubles, up to 61,556 rubles), and Khabarovsk (+4,375 rubles, up to 60,104 rubles) became the leading cities in terms of the increase in average salaries offered, the research service of the Russian online job search platform HeadHunter cites data.
Nationwide, the average offer of employers for the year increased by 2,522 rubles: from 50,258 rubles in March 2021 to 52,780 rubles in March 2022.
Bashkortostan showed a more significant increase than the country as a whole. The average offer of employers increased by 3,517 rubles, from 48,462 rubles in March 2021 to 51,979 rubles in March 2022.
