It is planned to build plant for medical waste processing in Bashkiria
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Ecology of Bashkiria are developing a project to create an enterprise for the processing of medical waste in the Ufa agglomeration. Departments want to centralize this process to avoid spontaneous unauthorized dumps (periodically, people even find biological medical waste in public areas).
This became known during the Ecological Forum. As Deputy Minister of Ecology of Bashkiria Azat Basyrov explained to the agency, as soon as the regulatory framework is ready, a competition will be held to select a supplier. Preliminarily, the cost of the processing line, its delivery, installation, and the connection is currently about 480 million rubles.
