Belebeevsky plant "Avtonormal" will supply fasteners to Belarus

Belebey's largest enterprise, the Avtonormal plant, which has gone through difficult stages, is again in a good state and is increasing production volumes. The Head of the Republic shared the story about BelZAN, which recently turned half a century old, on social media.

“Today it is the leading enterprise in Russia, where fasteners and springs for the automotive industry are made. It is the only manufacturer in the country in several positions. Now 2,800 people work here, 400 more than six months ago. I am very grateful to the staff, the management of the enterprise for the fact that these days they are thinking not about reducing production, but about doubling it!”, Radiy Khabirov said.

According to the Head of the Region, after the departure of foreign suppliers, there is an endless field for import substitution of fasteners for cars, tractors and units of any models. Established contacts with Belarus are bearing fruit - fasteners from Bashkiria will also be supplied to the machine-building enterprises of the fraternal republic, in particular, to the Belarusian MAZ. In the near future it is planned to establish cooperation with this largest enterprise.

“Last summer, the BelZAN team provided the republic with unusual assistance, for which I am very grateful. The plant provided our COVID hospitals with oxygen, which is produced here and which we needed so much during the pandemic. This helped us save more than one life,” the Head of Bashkiria recalled.
