The first batch weighing more than seven tons of original goose and duck feather-down raw materials was purchased in the Tuymazinsky district of Bashkiria by an enterprise from Italy.
“The raw material for sewing outerwear and stuffing bedding has been developed and prepared for export using industrial technologies by the Agrobazis enterprise and meets all EU requirements, including safety,” the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for Bashkiria reported.
Before shipment by road, the entire batch was inspected by experts from the Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Feather-and-down raw materials were disinfected with a stream of steam at a temperature of over 120 degrees for 60 minutes. Based on the results of the inspection, the products were issued an international veterinary certificate form 5f and an EU certificate.
