Head of Bashkiria spoke about Regional Industry Development Fund achievements

The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, positively assessed the work of the Industry Development Fund RB, thanks to which the enterprises of the republic could increase their production capacities.

“It is especially nice when you come to the enterprise, and they show you a new line of products and say that subsidies received through the Bashkortostan Industry Development Fund made it possible to expand production, hire more people,” he posted on his social media. “Our Industry Development Fund is doing quite a decent job. In 2021, it supported 36 investment projects in the republic. Enterprises received preferential loans for the purchase of equipment, the introduction of advanced technologies, the modernization of production, the creation of competitive and high-tech products.”

As Khabirov recalled, the Fund's two key programs - "Counteraction to epidemic diseases" and "Anti-crisis measures" - appeared in 2020-2021, when "the republic was struggling with the consequences of the pandemic."

“The work of our Fund is highly appreciated at the federal level. According to the results of 2021, it is among the top five in the rating of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. This is a truly effective mechanism that allows our industry to develop. There is a lot of work ahead and, I am sure, great success”, Radiy Khabirov concluded.

Since the beginning of the Industry Development Fund RB work, 87 projects have been supported with a total investment in the economy of Bashkiria of more than 30.2 billion rubles, including more than 10.6 billion rubles attracted from the Russian Industrial Development Fund.
